Quiet Creek Ranch

Cee had excellent thoroughbred bloodlines for producing sport horses and her foals proved her potential.  All of her foals who have been inspected have been premium with the exception of Dugan who received an 8.5 for movement and Dunkin who was orphaned at 2 months. (He still got an 8 for movement.)  Her daughter DeeCee was not inspected as a youngster, but she received the West Coast Champion Premium Mare award in 2001 for ISR/Oldenburg.  Another one of her foals was West Coast Champion foal.  Many of her foals have been inspection site champions.

Cee’s grandfather was the Irish stallion Caro who was known for producing winning race horses, excellent broodmares and Grand Prix jumpers.  Denny Emerson’s stallion Loyal Pal is a son of Caro.  Cee showed many of the same characteristics as Loyal Pal (including the color).  Cee’s top side is Exclusive Native– also desirable as a sport horse sire.

Pikanya

Piggy was a Hanoverian mare by the big moving stallion Pik Solo.  She was shown through 2nd level before becoming lame and retiring to be a broodmare.  She was an excellent mover but a heavy type.  Her best cross has been the stallion Contucci—a refining type stallion.  But her other children have all been super movers with very sweet personalities.  Sadly we lost Pikanya in 2002.

La Ville Foret

Lovey is a very sweet and pretty mare.  Her first baby, Kriquette is very tall, elegant and friendly.  She is a nice hunter type filly.  Her Contucci filly is large, pretty and very sensitive.  She looks like she would have plenty of talent for dressage, but I think she could also go into the hunter arena.  Lovey’s Graf Top II filly was high score filly at the Glenwood Farms inspection and scored a fantastic 8.5.  Lovey’s  2004 Graf Top II colt received an overall score of 8.0.  Her  Sympatico colt is wonderful and was given an 8.1 for movement.
